At Muenster Pet, we stand behind the quality of our nutrition; if your pet isn't completely satisfied with their meal, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our food products. Please note that for safety and health reasons, we cannot accept returns on open bags, but we will gladly issue a refund or store credit.

  For unopened products, securely pack the items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the package back to our kitchen.
